If you haven't met Dr. Saville and Leo walking down the street yet, then you haven't met the friendliest pup in town. Leo is a mix the Savilles rescued from the pound, and he couldn't be more grateful. He likes getting to know all his customers, and greets them by standing up to say hello or rolling over to offer up his belly -- just to show people how glad he is to meet them. While we were sad to see Jackson go, we are happy to have Leo around brightening our days with his constant smile and good nature.

Located downtown on Capitol Street in Charleston, WV, Taylor Books is an independent bookstore, cafe, art gallery, and boutique. Opened by Ann Saville in 1995, we carry over 20,000 new titles. We invite you to take advantage of our broad selection of books and wide variety of hard-to-find magazines. Come by the cafe and enjoy a scone or a cup of coffee. Explore local contemporary art and handmade crafts in the Annex Gallery. In other words, make yourself at home, whether you're in-store or online.
